Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, design revisions, or scope changes. Payment terms are due as stated on your invoice.
All designs, artwork, and materials created by AK SIGN & CAR WRAP remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the final design files is transferred to you.
AK SIGN & CAR WRAP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Revisions are accommodated as per the agreed scope. Cancellations made after production has begun may incur charges for materials and labor already committed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
